"Our stay was straight out of a Hallmark movie. Our room was unbelievable! It was what we would call a Honeymoon suite. (The Brown Room) The innkeeper was a delight. She baked chocolate cookies for us to enjoy at night as we stayed warm by the fire in the parlor and enjoyed the library. Breakfast was a perfect ten! The baked goods were out of this world. Mini apple pies to die for! We plan to return as soon as possible."

"The perfect escape from the real world. The owners of the Inn welcomed us and shared great stories about the history of the Inn. Being paranormal fanatics our conversation turned to ghosts and we were intrigued to learn everything they know. Our room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and very clean.  We were in awe of the stained glass windows throughout this estate and the woodwork was stunning. Bruschetta eggs for breakfast with homemade ciabatta bread was a fantastic way to start our day of skiing. Seraphim was so helpful giving us tips about local restaurants for dining and activities in the area. She was the sweetest. We will be back next ski season!"

"The  Innkeeper  got my 14-year-old son to come out of his shell. He is limited on what he can eat and she accommodated our every need without batting an eye. She was so patient with all of our requests and made a memorable mark on my sons and my life. "The grounds are beautiful, We took a walk along the river and returned at sundown to enjoy freshly baked cookies in the library before heading out to dinner at a great place right next to the Inn. Everything is so convenient to the Inn. Outlet shopping, the Lakes region, restaurants, and entertainment. It is the perfect location to get away for a bit of fun. Our room was great! We had our five-year-old daughter and small terrier with us. The  innkeeper treated my daughter like a princess making her unicorn waffles and made sure to give our pup a treat too. Best Bed and Breakfast in New England. We didn't want to leave."

"We are returning guests. We love the hosts Trish and John. They are the hosts with the most! We even made it to their creperie this visit. Unbelievable! Everything they do is done with excellence. Our last visit was exceptional. They now have an Innkeeper who not only is an amazing cook and baker but she is a breath of fresh air. From the moment we met her both my husband and I fell in love. We have adopted her in our hearts as if she is a daughter. We suffered a great loss and were in town for a celebration of life which they hosted for us. The brunch Seraphim created was a childhood favorite as a large Italian family we enjoyed our Pizzagaina. She made an outstanding brunch full of traditional Italian dishes and phenomenal baked goods. Not only did she take care of our families every need she shared her kind heart and angelic singing voice with us. On a day that was sorrowful she manage to bring us hope and joy. We love Trish and John. Even Trish's Mom helped with the celebration of life. Their family took care of ours and we will forever be grateful. We can not thank them enough for making a sad day so beautifully memorable. Black Swan Inn is one of a kind."
